It’s been a long time since I’ve built those hinges. I took me some time to finally gather the videos and put the how-to together. As you will see, making hinges for a 32 Ford hood isn’t all that hard.
All you need is some brass tube and a brass rod, that fits well into the tube. Make sure the brass tube isn’t too thick. I went to the hobby shop with the hood in my pocket and looked for the correct rod. The rod is something like 1.2mm or 0.05inch. Enough said, the rest is on the video, check it out!:
