Last Saturday I was at Bottrop Kustom Kulture 2011 (Germany) together with Trashers C.C. (from The Netherlands). I found lots of great cars and cool people from everywhere around Europe, even from Spain… there might be a deep crisis there, but there are always a few Euro’s left to fill up the V8 tank and drive across Europe!
Only the weather was not that good, but on the other side, when wet, the patinas of the rusty cars are even more vibrant.
Customs, hot rods, rat rods, choppers, etc. Something for every taste. Here you have a few pics:
Let’s start with Trasher’s cars:
Here in the front a 1950 Ford shoebox
Right next to it a customized ’65 Dodge Polara with galaxy taillights… …a beautiful ass
A ’56 Ford Fairlane Victoria, 100% original. The car is solid. Erwin invited me to drive to the show in this car with him. We drove 3 hours to Germany and back, and I didn’t have to push or collect pieces of it on the road even once. By the way, this car is FOR SALE. Interested? Write a comment or contact us at info@ (you know the rest) and I’ll put you in touch with Erwin.
Safety first! Check this ’37 Ford pickup with airbag!
Here a few more cool rides for you to enjoy:
A ’72 Ford Econoline Van in a cool blue…
This rocking lowrider… what’s that for a make and model? Any ideas? Please comment! Thanks
This rusty ’66 VW Karmann Ghia in ratrod look was one of my favorites. More about this car soon on this blog!! Stay tuned!
Old school new school. A ’28 Ford A hotrod and an old school flat headed ’32 Ford hotrod or, as called today, a ratrod.
A 1945 Plymouth coupe in Army look
Last but not least, a few bikes:
The weather was not the best, but the meeting was great just the same. I didn´t have enough time to see all the cars. I can’t wait ’til next year!!!
See you there on June 8-9th 2012!!
Amerikanenmeeting 2011, Wintelre, The Netherlands
On Sunday there was another meeting here in The Netherlands, at Wintelre. I arrived, I took one picture, but then we spontaneously decided to head back home and watch a few movies relaxing on the sofa for the rest of evening instead. I think it was a good choice!
The meeting was great! Cool pixs man!
The blue lowrider is a 1960 Pontiac with 59 Caddy tailights and even more customizing goin’ on. WOW, what a nice ride. I have the hardtop & convertible models of the 60 Pontiac for future builds. Thanks for the pictures Iggy, they are great.
Hey Don,
don’t thank me, thank my brother Seb. He was there and posted them Thx bro!
Iggy
If Daddy had the ducks, he would definitely go for the 56 Ford Fairlane. Very Nice
Hi Don, Thank you for your the info about the Lowrider! About the Fairlane, it’s not that expensive… 12.950 Euros. If you know of someone that might be interested please, let us know
Looks like it was a great show. I especially like the street rods and muscle cars and can’t wait to start a project of my own.
The blue lowrider at the show is a 1959 Oldsmobile.
Hey Cara,
sorry, it´s not a 1959 Oldsmobile. It´s my car for about 9 years now and it´s a 1960 Pontiac Ventura Vista
Greetz from Draggers C.C. munich!
