Argentina, and specially Buenos Aires, has a huge antiques Market. One of the advantages of Argentina is that many areas of the countryside are still “unexplored” and therefore there are still many hidden treasures out there. From classic cars to vintage gas station signs.
Many of the discovered treasures end up in “San Telmo” a very touristic area of Buenos Aires know for it’s old tango tradition and antique stores.
Yesterday, I went there with my father and my son, to have a look. Every time I’m in San Telmo, I want to take almost everything with me.
I took a few pics for you to sneak into it. I hope you like them! As you’ll see on the last 2 pictures, there were also a candombe street dancing show, a ttypical carnival-like show for the areas of Buenos Aires and Uruguay.
Cheers!
Seb
