From our Readers – Rods Dioramas

September 11, 2012

Rod, from Australia, sent me some pics from his dioramas. His stuff is really great! Specially his pictures are really cool, check them out!

Rod got inspired by our Texaco Gas Station diorama and built himself one. Not only he paid attention to many usual details, like the ice fridge or the coke machine but he also added a lot of life to the scene. He included many different cars and figures simulating situations.

This scene looks really cool too! The background image really fits the diorama. Great stuff!

For the junkyard lovers, he also sent me a pic of this junkyard diorama.

Next to the junkyard, he placed this kind of diner place. He also added some real life action here. The figures are really nicely placed

Rod has also built a street scene, again, including several cars and figures. I must say that I really like his work! Not only his dioramas, cars, figures but also his pictures! Rod, great work!
