’32 Ford Rat Rod – The 24 hs of Le Junk #1

August 14, 2011

A few weeks ago we spontaneously decided to build a rat rod out of Iggy’s parts box. The project was done within 24 hs including all scratch builded parts, painting, etc. Afterwards we decided to start a series of projects that we’ll be doing within 24 hs and we called it “The 24 hs of Le Junk“. This is the first project of this series. We recorded the whole process on video and we are working on the edition of the videos now. In the meanwhile I invite you to have a sneak preview of the project.

Here you see the modified chassis. I took a ’32 Ford chassis as a basis and modified the rear end.

A scratch build tractor grill. We had no front grills in the parts box so I decided to build one my own.

A V8 Chevy engine and the different options for the front axle.

We’ll be posting more pictures of this projects soon and a few cool videos of the process. We’ll keep you posted!
